10/11 day holidays are charged at 1 week + 50% of the second week.

Extra Persons (16 Years and over)

Charges for additional persons are based on the weekly hire charge and are as follows :

Pets

You can bring your pet with you during your boating holiday. These are chaged at 30 pounds per week per pet.

Please Note :
You must tell us that you intend to bring your pet(s) at least one week before your holiday with us.

Mooring Charges

Free mooring is available for you at all Hoseasons boatyards as well as at many public moorings and country stops. Mooring Basins or Yacht Stations normally charge around 4 to 10 pounds for a stay of up to 24 hours.

Car Parking

Car parking is free.

Television

With all our boats you are provided with a colour television aboard with no extra charge.

Toilet Pump-Out Service

This is available at all Hoseasons boatyards; at Yacht Stations; and at some public mooring spots.

A charge of up to 12 to 15 pounds per toilet is made for this facility.

Security Waiver or Deposit

A security waiver or deposit is required against loss or damage to your boat.

Please Note :
As a Hoseasons boat owner we operate one of two security schemes. Details will be shown on your Hire Invoice.
You must pay your waiver or deposit with your balance-of-hire ahead of your holiday. Any deposit refund will normally be made to you by a cheque payment.

Option 1: Damage Waiver Payment Scheme:
You make a one-off, non-refundable Damage Waiver Payment of usually 35 pounds and up to 45 pounds for larger boats.
This gives you full cover in the event of damage to your boat or loss of or damage to equipment and fittings.
Any loss of or damage to the boat or its equipment may he covered by the waiver but in the event that we, the boat operator, feels that the loss of the boat or damage to its equipment or fittings has been caused deliberately or by negligence or carelessness he reserves the right to make a charge for such deliberate careless or negligent loss.

Option 2: Security Deposit Scheme:
You pay a refundable Security Deposit of between 75 and 125 pounds (according to the waterway).
This deposit will be returned to you when you have finished your holiday, providing you return the boat and its equipment on time, undamaged, clean and tidy, and without Third Party claim against you. Any damage, loss and/or breakages to your boat that are in excess of the returnable deposit, will incur no extra penalty (except where caused negligently, wilfully or in breach of the Conditions of Hire ). Any damage, loss and/or breakages less than the value of your Security Deposit will he deducted and the balance of the deposit will be returned.

While the boat and the contents are insured you are primarily liable to indemnify hoseasons/the Owner in respect of any damage, loss or injury arising from any failure by you or any member of your party to comply with the Conditions of Hire or from willfulness or neglect.

Additional Deposits:
You may be asked for an additional deposit (of up to 20 pounds per head) at our discretion for certain parties or for very large and/or valuable boats. This is payable on your arrival at the boatyard. If additional cleaning of your boat is required on its return, an extra charge will be made.

Your Cancellation Insurance

The hire charge includes your Cancellation Insurance, which gives you peace of mind should you cancel, or curtail your holiday, for unavoidable reasons. As soon as you pay your Intail Payment you are covered.

Personal Insurance

Personal Insurance is up to your selves to provide, but you are able to recieve real value for money cover for you and your party from Hoseasons Holidays Ltd.
